The flavor is deliciously Taiwan and if the line is too long, the restaurant is now a chain all over Taiwan so you can just go to the next one ”

And at the price that it is at, this is a perfect snack to go along with all the other street food in the area! The storefront does have some seating outside. And sauces are self serve. Service is efficient! ”

You can get a large that's double the size for an additional $0.50 USD. We were in the area after eating beef noodle soup and had to make a pit stop to eat one of these! ”

It is also standing room only so you will see a lot of people standing around on the street eating mee sua. The flavors of the broth are amazing and adding the vinegar, chili and garlic sauce made it even better. Be warned that there are intestines in the soup, which my boyfriend wasn't aware of and thought it was mushrooms haha ”

I recommend adding some vinegar and pureed garlic from their condiment station for some enhanced flavoring. There's bit of pig intestines and the thick gravy has a smoked fish flavor as it's made with bonito flakes. Man, writing this review makes me want to get another bowl right now. ”
